Friday, September 26

8-10 am Family Friday Coffee with Nonie Cruzado, Shining Mountain Waldorf School. No registration required. Artist Nonie Cruzado will be painting a vibrant mural on the east high school wall. Join us on to watch Nonie in action while enjoying coffee from Emory Jane Coffee Co.

10 am-4 pm Live Mural Painting at Wall Locations, Festival Map.

10 am-6 pm Pop-Up Gallery, Crowd on Pearl. Browse and purchase from a curated selection of small artworks, prints, and other artist-made goods by past and present mural festival artists.

5:30-7 pm Joy as Resistance Panel Discussion, Crowd on Pearl, Register. Moe Gram will moderate a discussion of the artists’ Street Wise murals and their themes, activism, and community engagement. Featuring Aerica Raven, Cha, Graham Carraway, and Jorge Cuartas!⁠

7:30-9 pm Projection Mapping with Deep Space Drive-In, 1735 15th St. No registration required. Watch DSDI project on Aerica Raven’s and Cha’s murals for the 2025 Mural Festival!


Saturday, September 27

10 am-2 pm Pressing Play Mobile Art Van, Crowd on Pearl. No registration required. Pressing Play will bring the Kindness Cart, full of joyful, colorful, and eclectic materials people play with to make gifts of kindness for themselves and others, all housed in a 1973 GMC motorhome redesigned into a mobile art van.⁠

3-5 pm Resistance Art Lab: Making Protest Signs with Koko Bayer, Crowd on Pearl, Register. Join us for a hands-on workshop with Koko Bayer to create 100% cardboard protest signs using wheatpaste and stencils to make your voice heard.

6-9 pm Closing Party, Crowd on Pearl, Free RSVP! The Closing Party will celebrate our new murals and amazing community, filled with live music by DJ Digistruct, tasty Olipop sodas and local Upslope beer, and of course, amazing art.


3-5 pm Experiments in Public Art Lecture with Bimmer Torres, Canyon Theatre at Main Boulder Public Library, 1000 Canyon Blvd, Boulder, CO 80302. No registration required. Bimmer Torres's lecture will be about his mural practice, from street art and graffiti to large-scale municipal mural projects.⁠ For more click here.
